    Mission Statement

     

    The World Trade Center Association Los Angeles–Long Beach pursues trade facilitation and investment attraction for the greater Los Angeles region.  The WTCA LA-LB works to support the development of international trade and business opportunities for Southern California companies as the leading international trade association, trade service organization and trade resource in the Los Angeles region. It also promotes the Los Angeles region as a destination for foreign investment to a targeted international audience to attract a significant flow of investment to the region, thereby enhancing the region’s economy, employment and business opportunities for local firms.  The WTCA LA-LB is a subsidiary of the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation.

    The WTCA LA-LB is your passport to international business growth.  Strategically positioned at the World Trade Center facilities in Los Angeles and Long Beach, we are a focal point for international business development.  Through the WTCA LA-LB, we offer businesses the opportunity to expand sales in the international market.  This is accomplished through a cooperative regional effort, combining the numerous public and private trade resources available.

    Our trade experts and staff provide businesses with the basics of trade, individual export and import counseling; personal referrals to state and federal agencies for trade resources, trade financing, and overseas trade promotion; investment attraction; and the use of state-of-the-art online database for market research and trade leads.

    The WTCA LA-LB is a nonprofit 501c(3) benefit corporation, serving as the Los Angeles County branch since 1986.
